Before taking this bath, a glass of water should be taken and the body should be covered with a blanket so that no heat or vapour escapes from the foot bath. The head should be protected with a cold compress. The duration of the bath is generally from 5 to 20 minutes. The patient should take a cold shower immediately after the bath. The hot foot bath stimulates the involuntary muscles of the uterus, intestines, bladder and other pelvic and abdominal organs. You may feel that you are not good enough for your spouse, and he/she is doing you a favour by being with you. These thoughts are extremely negative, not just for you but for the marriage. Below are some tips that can help you against such negativity. 1). Communication One of the worst things that sets off insecurity in marriages is the lack of communication. Instead of letting it affect your marriage, make sure you communicate your feelings and emotions honestly. Remember that not everyone will think and feel the same way about a situation. 2). Trust Trust is a big thing, and you must learn to build it. When you lose faith and trust in your spouse, you doubt him for every thing. According to expert, children are considered as intruders in marriages

Image
Children are inbuilt intruders in a marriage. They need much attention, so much help and assistance, so often. Immature parents often fail to see that children, despite all their needs, also need boundaries, and end up putting parenting above their marriage. As a result, their marriage will be in deep trouble soon. Again, the real cause has little to do with the children themselves but with character issues of the spouses. Here are a few examples and possible solutions. 1). Misperceptions about parenting Right now, we live in a “childocentric” culture, which gives some parents the impression that caring for their children is all that counts. Some parents rather break up with their spouses than taking time and energy away from their children for the benefit of the relationship. They need to realize that this is a serious misperception and adjust their values appropriately. 2). Children appear easier to deal with Sometimes a parent has the impression that dealing with childr...

Or of couples whose marriage is essentially run by one of the spouses’ parents who make all the important decisions. As before, the real issues are not the in-laws who don’t seem to be willing to leave us alone, but character issues in one or both of the spouses. Below are some of the reasons. 1). Incomplete leaving Some couples experience that the real allegiance of their spouse is not with them but with their parents and/or siblings. For her, family (of origin) comes first and he(husband) gets what is left over. For such marriage to work, the spouse needs to loosen her ties with the family of origin and forge new ones with the new family she is creating through marriage. 2). Financial dependency Some couples have gotten used to receiving financial support from one of the spouse’...
